How do I
place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Just choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you are done shopping, click on the cart on the top right corner of the screen to securely check out and complete your purchase.
Entering your payment information is easy! Once your payment is received, shipping is the next step. Orders ship within 5-7 business days after the payment is processed unless otherwise stated.

We will gladly provide full refunds for any unopened/unused products returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If a non-defective item is open and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstance and they are not subject to a refund for sanitary and safety reasons.
You can return purchases by mail after you have send us and received a cancellation number via email. The email you send must include the following information: your name, address and order number, and your email. You will receive an email from us within 72 hours that will include with a cancellation number. You must include a proof of purchase and cancellation number for all returns.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
